ABOUT THE WRITER
Hello World,
My name is Bill Prentiss
Welcome to my website. My wife and I of 42 years live in Williamsburg Virginia, but we are originally from Pennsylvania. I am the proud father of two wonderful young men who married extremely beautiful and intelligent women and am the grandfather of two fantastic little guys. I am also a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy and a former Chief Petty Officer. I recently retired from federal service and re-discovered my love for music and especially writing. I have always had a love for music which I inherited, from my very talented father. In my youth, I was in a rock and roll band, the college choir and have performed just about everything except rap. I have been a vocalist and hack musician all my life. I started writing lyrics in high school and never stopped. Lately I have been putting together lyrics and melodies for I have accumulated volumes of material over the past forty years or so that have never seen the light of day nor have they ever been published. With the help of some friends and a bit of techno wizardry I have been able to breathe life into my words. I write in all genres and craft songs to compliment my lyrics to include Christmas songs of which several have been recently released. This site is yours to explore and hopefully enjoy.
